Re: Just a few of my fish.
Wow! Beautiful! Your tanks look so clean! I love the Aulonocara's big blue lips! :P
Re: Just a few of my fish.
how in the world did you get pictures that look that great of fish? maybe yours aren't running around like crazy like mine... they look amazing, good job with 'em... what kind of camera are you shooting with?
Re: Just a few of my fish.
your fish look wonderfully healthy
your water quality is immaculate
and your photography skills are UNBELIEVABLE!
kudos on all three!
you should (if you are not already) enter a few photo contests!
if you live in the USA you can enter your photos in the catalog contest at www.thatfishplace.com and if they use your photo you get a $15 (or $20 if it makes the cover) gift cert. I buy a lot of fish food with photographs :)
Re: Just a few of my fish.
Gorgeous! Fish were my first great obsession. Since I have moved so frequently over the last 5 years, I have decided to hold off on more until I have a house. Then it will be built in tanks in every room!

Thanks for all the compliments everyone.
If I had the time and money I'd a lot more fish than I do now.
Re: Just a few of my fish.
really beautiful pics. what type of an aulonacara is that?
i never ever get nice pics like that... you are a master indeed!!!
Re: Just a few of my fish.
I am also a fish enthusiast and I must say those pictures are amazing. I only dream of getting pictures to look that good. I also have rainbows and cichlids. I currently have a 55 gallon with mbuna (breeding like crazy), 75 gallon with mostly rainbows (bosemani & madagascan) and a 65 gallon grow out tank for large Haplochromis & Nimblochromis Venustus.
I would love it if you would post more pictures. I'll try and post some of mine.

Some sort of hybrid, called a "Red Fire Queen". I'm working on getting more aulonocara like various baenschi, jacobfreibergi, stuartgranti and lwanda.

Re: Just a few of my fish.
Here are two fish I photographed at the 2006 ACA show in Chicago that I would LOVE to have.
"Eureka Red"

"Lwanda Red Top"

The Lwanda won best in show I think.
