    Shedding question
Is it usual for bp's to stay in the hide on the warm side during shedding?Carmen hasnt come out of the warm side hide in 2 days now.

Might be a bit more humid and comfortable in there. I wouldn't worry about it. My BP usually disappears for a few days during her shedding process, too. Not that she's particularly visible most days...but even her evening slithers are set aside for shedding time. ;)

I've noted that mine liked to hang out in his hide days before shedding. He's new to the family so I think maybe he was more shy during that time.

Would it help to give her a soak before she sheds?or should i wait and see if she has trouble first?

    Nope. No soaking is needed.

When the eyes turn blue up the humidity between 70-80%. Keep it like that after the eyes clear. Now watch for a perfect shed.

humidity is 78% right now,it varies between 75 and 79%.her eyes are totally cleared now, but iv noticed that i can see lateral folds of skin on her body that i couldnt see before she was in blue.she is still hiding out in her warm hide.how long after the eyes clear up do they usually shed?iv had trouble getting her to feed and she only fed once for me (2 weeks ago now) since i got her 2 months ago.i dont want her losing too much weight.

My Daisy was in the blue on a Tuesday, and she shed completely on the following Saturday. She ate for me the next day.
