Did I say that April was lying? I 100% am sure that April wasn't lying, for the fact she wouldn't start a thread about it if it wasn't true. I was stating that not all of Ed's babies have mites!

Now where is that monkey, I need to shoot something!?

I gotta start dating a fed-ex woman if they can deliver things like that. Is it wrong to use a woman for her snakes?

i hope nobody finds this offensive, I put them in a plastic bag or sack and slam them on the ground. kills them instantly.

    Its not offensive, just inhumane.

If you observe while feeding live prey you should have no problems.

dang. i jus shake the box a lil bit to get the mouse dizzy. which im sure probly doesnt even work. lol. but ya, i feed em live ones and he strikes them right away before the mouse can even defend itself.

I dont know, being bit by a bunch if needles and then having the living breath squeezed out of me while i struggle seems a little more inhumane than a quick wack on the floor and lights out (by the way, i am not trying to start an argument Jbp :) ). And i have seen to many pics of mice chewing up snakes, granted the owner left them and did not watch but i dont want to get between an angry mouse and hungry snake if i dont have to. :D

I have some that will take frozen/thawed, and others that wont so they feed live, but even on those, I give em a quick wack to the back of the head with a pair of plyers to stun them enough so they're still twitching, toss em in and watch the snake take em down :-D

Its not inhumane for a constrictor to kill its prey, its nature, and basically you're killing the mouse for your benefit (i.e, so the mouse doesn't bite your snake); if you supervise live feeding you shouldn't have to worry. Snakes are designed to kill and constrict prey, as long as it is within the limits of appropriate prey. Niether way to die is painless...if you want painless humane euthanization try CO2.

    I'm not arguing, I'm discussing/giving opinion.;)
