    Not enough icyhot
My whole body aches and I have one icyhot patch left. My shoulders, lower back, and legs are in the most pain, but alas, I have only one patch. I swear I need to buy these things in bulk. Standing all day really takes a toll on my legs and feet.

Do any of you use icyhot? Is there something better I could try?

Soak in a hot bath with epsom salts. Works wonders.

Guess its epsom salts for you then! :P If you need relief now, and don't have any of that...baking soda works, too...just not quite as well.

Go to one of the feed stores or Petsmart and get the horse liniment. I can't remember the name of the stuff I prefer right now(my own back hurts, since I can't put it on and go to work, the pungent odor makes the dog I'm grooming today nervous, although most of them never seem to care).
It's way way cheaper, and you can reapply, or whatever often. Tractor Supply here even carries the one that is just 4 letters(DMSO? I can't rem....) and it's good too.
Otherwise.. stop hurting yourself. That can help it too.
    Wolfy(hope ya feel better soon)
EDIT: Bigeoil That's what I use. Great stuff.

I have used stuff in the past called tigerbalm, but it wasn't mine so i dunno where they got it, but it was like icyhot on steroids! pop some tylenol or ibuprofin always helps me after runs or other stuff.

Go out for a quick mile run, and stretch really really good, then shower, then the hott tub and a nice big steak dinner!!

Or you could just run and stretch, or just stretch. But runnign and stretching does the trick for me!

If I ran for a mile, Tiger Balm wouldn't help. A EMT and a hospital stay might... since I'm pretty sure both my lungs would explode, and my legs would fall off.
LOL. Tiger Balm can be found in some Wal-marts, most Eckerds and I think CVS too.

    Absorbine Jr......BenGay cream

I use the IcyHot CREAM/gel. There's also a stick of the stuff (like deodorant) that's easy to use.

U can use DMSO??? That's been (what's the word.???? not outlawed, but ...) prohibited for human use. It's for vet use only. Some things I'd use if my animals could, but DMSO isn't one of them.

If you can't find anything else, you can buy some Chinese mustard powder and mix it up...apply it to your sore spots and it can work that way, too.
