Mmmmm..... cottage cheese!

One of Tobias's fav. things is a spoon full of yogart, peanut butter, cottage cheese, etc..... :P "Mmmm, cracker???" means: thanks mom, this is soooo good! "Mmmm, THANK YOU!" Means he loves what ever he's munchin on....

Wow, what a gorgeous bird! I envy/admire people who can keep macaws...they are incredible, but from what I've read also tremendously challenging.

Actually, compared to Cockatoos, Lory's and some other breeds.... Macaws are very independant! And a complete joy to own! (except for the poo)!!!! :P

Amazing how he can manipulate that spoon! A nice pet store we go to weekly here in Toledo has a young Macaw (under 1 year) and it is truly an amazing bird. Has quite a vocubulary already and will call out to you if you are paying to much attention to any of the other birds for sale. It's awfully cute, sort of like a child trying to get all the attention. I've heard it said that having a parrot type bird is like having a 2 year old in the house LOL.
