Hi everyone, just got this from Rich, this is my first rack and I really like it.
Thanks Rich for the fast shipping.

Rich sure does ship superfast, and I like his racks as well - getting another here shortly - and I see you got the Helix on it as well

Nice rack but I especially like those tubs because they are clear and you can still see in without disturbing the snake. Did those come with the racks or did you order them from someplace else?

Looks really nice... which rack model is that? I also agree that the tubs are nice and clear.

It is the STC-410, it came w/ the tubs, they are Iris. I really like it so far, it is much better then the one I built, but I have a hell of time building stuff, to impatient or something. thanks

No wonder I like it... that's the model I've been thinking about getting. For some reason it looks huge in your pic though. :P

Hmmmm, since I can't get in touch with Rich at HerpEnclosures for my second rack, maybe I'll have to consider this one. Is it back or belly heat? I think I may have bypassed this rack because at the time, they were all back heat. That one would actually leave two empty slots for me, I can't imagine what I would do with two empty tubs? I know! Fill it! LOL

Nice looking rack! We have our 06's in Iris and a couple of the 05's as well. I just love those tubs and I can now see why everyone always recommends them. Congrats on the new rack!

It is back heat, I haven't had any problems with heat or humidity. It is really well made, I will be getting a couple more from him in the future, that is for sure.
Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

Well personally, although I like the rack, I prefer belly heat, seems most things I've read have recommended it as well, but good luck with it.

Apparently back heat is sufficient for shallow (as opposed to long, deep) tubs as long as you have a certain ambient temperature in the room that the rack is located in.
