so i gave in.
i gave in and got an ipod today. i always told my self i wouldn't because of the brand name, and i could get another kind for cheaper, but, i joined the bandwagon and got one. I love spending money, i really hate the after affects, but none-the-less, i'm psyched :)

Better be careful though. Haha few years ago I used to be a buying crazed but the last 2 years I've been so good. Never had this much in my account ever. Even after I got my tax return.

I looove my iPod nano! I mostly listen to audio books on it, I'll admit...but I used to download the audio books and have to burn sometimes 30 CD's for ONE of them, so I could listen in my car. :) In the long run, getting an iPod was a good investment. I can fit MANY audio books on here--and some music, too ;)

Re: so i gave in.
I have had pretty much every Ipod since the first generation as well as some other brand MP3 players. You can't go wrong with the Ipods. Aside from the Mini which was poorly made and had some real manufacturing problems (I returned 3 of them) they all rock! My last one was stolen from my truck and now I have a brand new Nano. The thing weighs nothing! Just awesome!

Good for you! The bandwagon calls your name! I bought myself an ipod mini 4 years ago... they don't even make them anymore! I've been thinking about getting a video ipod though, because mr. mini is full of songs. :D

I think I hit the unlucky lottery with the minis. 3 in a row with bad internal soldering. 4 years is pretty good! Electronics dont ever last me that long. I am rough on them.

Re: so i gave in.
i hope i can make this one last, i am going to go back to best buy, where i bought it at and get an extended warrenty. it is for 2 years, and they will replace the ipod, not just send it in for fixing. and it's only twenty bucks, i think it's worth it.
Now i just have to find music to put on it....LOL.

I don't have one, but if I wanted one, I would just get the Verizon cell phone Mark has.. it holds hundreds of songs on a little memory card, and you can plug the earbuds into it.. sounds better than I thought it would. And it's his cell phone to boot, so there was no extra spending..
