8ballpythons.com follow up

In the spring of 2006 I began my search for high quality ball pythons. I narrowed down my search to albino and het albinos. Everything kept pointing to www.8ballpythons.com with solid reviews. I was impressed with the website/content and was pleased to see a het albino female on the available page. Perfect! I emailed the contact. Within the hour I had a very informative reply. I was sold. I explained I needed a few days to get my rack finished and Adam agreed to hold the snake on my word. I asked if he could part with any others as this was the last one available on his page. He agreed to let one more go at a very fair price. Perfect. I was very impressed with his professionalism and depth of knowlegde. I closed the deal as agreed on and he worked with me on the perfect ship date. The box arrived well packed with excellent paperwork and two very health ball pythons as promised. I was could not be happier! Since then he has answered many questions usually having nothing to do with the original snakes I purchased. He's helped me through some tough times and some fun ones. I would certainly say that he has provided the best service and presentation of any snake I have ever purchased!

Here is the follow up. They where ~350 grams at the time of purchase and have now tripled in weight. Both have always been some of my favorites with fantastic colors, health and personality. I could not be more pleased.

Adam of 8ballpythons is a valued asset to the ball game :gj:

Hands down, Adam is one of the best. He has taken time to answer a lot of my questions as well, and I cannot wait to complete a transaction with him. adam and i are waiting on my CITES - which he handled... he has handled everything for me... all i had to do was pick the snakes i wanted and send money... this has been sooooo simple for me. once our CITES comes through then we'll have our 4 new ball pythons in our hot little hands!

I inquired once but after a few emails he never got back to me, though it was much earlier in the year and he was very likely busy.
He does have some nice stock on his pages, a few reduced spiders and pastels that are quite attractive. I personally haven't heard anyone complain about what they've recieved from him. It's always nice to be able to add to the good list.

i remember seeing her in the shop as a baby, you're lucky i already had my albino group. i was ready to add her anyway.:D

We second everything Chris said. Adam's a great guy who is willing to mentor newcomers, helps you focus on your eventual breeding goals while still respecting your snake purchasing budget and just plain fun to talk to. He's been a valuable ongoing resource to this forum and I can't begin to thank him for his help in the past when we were rehabbing our W/C female, Saoirse.

As far as buying hets from Adam, I'd say buy with confidence. His reputation is among the best out there and well deserved. The paperwork that accompanied Malachi was perfect in it's detail on this snake's genetics and lineage as well as very professionally presented.

P.S. Malachi is currently cycling through his first breedings with three of our adult normal females. This is the best "follow-up" I can imagine! :carrot:

COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL! Doesn't get any better than that! I am also in deals with Adam, can't even begin to explain how great he is with running his business. Whenever i need anything in the future, I look for 8ball first, and if he doesn't have it, he knows who does! :D

Well if nothing speaks to the sort of man Adam Wysocki is this thread surely should. Not only a true and honest professional but a damned fine human being and there's not a lot of people I think of that way (they can be rare as hens teeth as my dad used to say). Funny though how many I've been honored to get to know through BPNet.

In Adam's defense, he probably gets a lot of e-mails, phone call and the sort. He's the sort of business man that will do what he can, when he can, as fast as he can. We don't know the full extent of what Adam has to do in his business nor know how hectic it is. But I know Adam will help those that seek help and purchasing of goods with the fastest response possible.

Where to start? Not only is Adam one of the most knowledgeable people in the business, but a great person as well. I have purchased numerous snakes from him and will continue to year after year. I consider him a great friend and someone who has taught me most of what I know about Ball Pythons. (and everything I know about locksmithing, raccoon ladies and acid washed jeans)

Adam, all I can say is in a few years when my business takes off and I have the $$, I hope you have some nice Pieds at that time!

I've purchased three lovely animals from Adam and will be taking delivery on my lemon pastel male on the 31st and can hardly wait! He's been paid for since August, but I was unable to get additional time off until the new year rolled around and he's very gratiously cared for him all this time!


From the time I first joined this forum with all the normal "newbie" questions, worries and paranoias, Adam was always the first to say "give me a call and we can talk about it". I remember when Kashmire first regurged, it was Adam who suggested that he might have internal parasites (he did) and invited me to call him when I was CONVINCED that he was going to die as a result of it (he didn't, of course and Adam knew he wouldn't).

Each of my kiddos from Adam have been better than expected, and I'm enjoying watching them grow into lovely adult snakes. I have no hesitation in referring anyone to 8ballpythons when they ask for breeder recommendations.

I look forward to many more transactions in the future!

Not only is Adam someone who I consider a mentor, I'm very proud to call him a dear friend as well.

Haven’t had the opportunity to get a BP from Adam yet but I can tell that he loves his animals. I had the opportunity to talk to him close to one hour just talking about BP and breeding in general without even a sale being made and that speaks highly of him.


Adam did not have the animals I was looking for but he recommended me EBN from who I will receive my 1.1 Het piebald pair next month and I am grateful for that.

Adam, is one of the greatest in the buisness and is an amazing person. I have never seen someone who is so pationate about snakes in my life. Words can't even be said on how glad I am to have Adam apart of my snake exsperiance. I couldn't have picked a better person to look up to.

Ontop of bieng a great friend and a great person and insperation he is also a top notch breeder!! I haven't boughten many snakes, but I have researched about many, and Adam came out on top of many of my searches. The animals that I have seen from him are increadable. Healthy, well fed, and all around perfect. And i can't even express his care for his customers...it doesnt mattr if your buying a male normal or a female lesser(I don't think you will get one from Adam that easy;) ) you will be treated with the BEST care you could possably want and more.

I hope to buy more and more snakes from adam in the future, and don't even hesatate doing it.

I am honored to have adam as a friend and a mentor.

I have bought 5 snakes from Adam. Each on came perfectly packaged, healthy and with a detailed feeding chart. I intend on purchasing a few snakes yearly from 8ball.

My first e-mail and first question to him was "I have a normal female...what should I buy to pair her up with?" From that simple question he wrote me back a page and a half e-mail explaining all of the different directions I could have gone. I took his advise and I am more than happy with the snakes I have chosen. Thanks Adam for all of your inspiration, help and great ball pythons!!
I would recommend all people to do business with 8 ball pythons. You wont be dissapointed.

Well I've emailed Adam on two separate occasions and received prompt replies both times. Now if all ya all would quit buying all the dang animals I want I might actually buy one from him one of these days :D.

As far as his animals go I've seen nothing but quality animals in pictures posted on BP.net, and in a few days I'll be able to personally write about the quality of his stock. He helped me through the selection process for my pastel pair that is arriving on V-Day...possibly the sexiest valentines gift ever (Thanks Buddy!).

I'm sure as heck going to keep working with Adam, seeing pictures of a lot of his morph stock I know that he has animals that I wouldn't mind receiving relatives of.

I have never purchased an animal from Adam but i also run my own business and I know how important customer service is and how you don't get alot of it anymore. I plan on adding a lesser and pieds to my collection this year and Adam is definately someone I will be speaking with. I've learned the hard way what a bad experience is and now have certain people I trust. Being on this forum for only a few months has given lots of confidence in Adam and his animals not to mention seeing many pics from his collection. So Adam let me know when the lessers start a poping!

i also plan on purchasing a morph ball from adam sometime, cant wait until i have enough money! i also think we should all wish him a happy birthday! I saw the birthday notice on the bottom of the page.. :) :gj: ;) HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :carrot:
