    My Duck Addiction.
http://i110.photobucket.com/albums/n...g?t=1166906450Heres a pair of green wing teal and a pair of blue wing teal hunting decoys that I made earlier in the year. These decoys were on display at the Tuckerton Seaport, Baymans Museum in New Jersey. These are a very simple type of hunting decoy I make, but very few are used as such. They are collected and put up on a shelf as Sporting Collectables were they remain in perpetuity. I make around 300 plus of this type of wood carving every year along with other things that I make such as Fish, all types of birds, frogs and a assortment of critters and whatever my fertile mind can envision, These 2 pair of decoys are headed to Virginia to a Decoy Collector/Ball python Breeder (Big Sexy).

Oh Teals...they are good eating! (sorry folks but I grew up with hunters and my mom made a mean orange glazed teal okay...*drool*)

Wonderful work there Ed! I love to watch a show about antiques on tv and I've seen some antique decoys go for major money. They are a wonderful art form. Ever do a big Canada Goose or a Common Loon (my two favorite birds from back home)?

All my pics are 35 mm, but will look for some frog pics that I can scan. dont have any just sitting around because they are gone as soon as the paint dries. There is about a 18 month waiting list to get one of my creations, but some people will get bumped to the front of the list as others go to the end of it. alot has to do with what I feel like doing on a certain day, theres a fun factor also. :P
