    Requesting Feedback on my Website
Well, I finally managed to buckle down and complete my website... well, complete might be a little premature. More like complete a draft. :P I still have a lot of tweaking to do, but it's finished enough to open up and get a little feedback.

If anything looks a little off, I'd appreciate a screenshot or description. Also, if you have any design suggestions I would be HAPPY to hear them.

    Thanks!

Oh... here's the link: www.superiorserpents.com

Funny I was just taking a look at it......with what you have so far, it looks like you've set a great foundation Lawerence. Congrads!

A links section might be helpful. You could provide a link here and to other helpful herp-related sites.

i loooove your about us page!!!!

i really like the clean look of your site... although sometimes a different coloured background is easier on the eyes. ;)

also... just so you know. a page you have to enter as your index doesn't read well with search engines... so it's better to have your actual page as your index page. ;)

Thanks! I was thinking about a links page as well, but I'm not sure where I want to place it. I don't want to put too many buttons up, so maybe I'll try to fit a link in on the homepage. I'll probaby be hitting you up later for some links because you seem to have a knack for finding some great technical sites.

Thanks for the great suggestions!! BTW, what color background would you suggest? It seems like white and black are the easiest to work with as far as finding contrasting colors. Oh, and I wasn't sure about the initial link to the index page when I made it. You do make a good point about the search engines, so I'll probably delete it.

Funny you should mention that one. I bred the Cinny and the normals, but I got that Het. Albino from Adam.

The text of your terms section, in particular regarding the payment plan options, seems very familiar but I can't recall which site it's reminding me of. This may just be a result of all terms generally amounting to the same thing, or you might have borrowed the text. If the latter you probably ought to rephrase it.

Also, you mis-spelled "Satisfaction" in the guarantee portion.

The layout is clean and easy to navigate, and I love your text images for the various morphs on the "Available" page. Good show.

I didn't actually copy the terms from anyone, but I did get the main points from several sites and massaged them to make my own. Many of them are very similar, so I could see how it could look so familiar. If anyone recognizes something that might be a little too close to their own, I would be happy to change my version.

You're right. Just one of the many tasks I have to clean up the site. I have to standardize on my picture borders as well... if I can just figure out the photoshop macros I'll be set. :P BTW, what was the typo you may have found?

And thanks again to everyone that checked out the site and left feedback. :colbert2:

on your care sheet area, this just kind of stood out at me
    • Professional Plastic Cages
Plastic cages designed for reptiles and snakes in particular are a great option for housing your Ball Python. They’re very attractive and are easy to clean. Quite often you can purchase them with a heat source built-in and the plastic is relatively good at insulating so you will save money on heating costs. They will also do quite will with maintaining proper humidity levels. The only downside, however, is that they are much more expensive than the previous two options.

LOL... ok, you can toss an old shoe at me for doin the copy paste thing from your web site.

over all i still like it very much :D
