    pastel...what to look for
hello, i have an opertunity to pick up a pastel locally. she is an 06 and my plan was to wait untill spring or the summer to purchase a pastel. However sometime a deal comes buy and it really cought my eye.

what are some triats that i should look for in a pastel line. I have heard that some breeds of pastels tend to fade as they get older. any help would be greatly aprreciatted.

    thanks

My pastel male is from the Graz line and he is at least 18+ months old and still looks as sharp as the day i bought him. Some lines do tend to brown out. http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...runo112006.jpg

Heres a graziani pastel. I was hot for the blushing that this line is known for, but have changed directions and prefer the solid black of another line of pastel. just depends on what you want to look at. :) https://ball-pythons.net/gallery/fil...t.or.ghost.JPG

sorry mike but I picked this sweet little girl up yesturday afternoon:D that picture sure doesnt do her justice as do most pictures. i couldnt let that deal pass me buy.

You may not have known but there was also another girl avialable. On my way to pick her up a buddy that i know called me and said he would like me to pick him one up too. So i was able to bring both pastel females home with me. I think that girl in the picture is going to my buddy. She is a little brighter but the one i choose has better blushing on her back. what a treat....Merry Christmas Too Me:taz:
