introducing... cookie!

and no... i didn't name her :giggle: honest... she came with this name.

a mom brought her in cause her daughter's weren't taking care of her properly and so she wanted her to get a new home with some attention... i walked in and saw her and fell in love! instantly!!! my hubby put his hand in the tank and she ran up his arm and sat on his shoulder. what a sweetheart she is!!!!

she's completely and totally tame... ;)

so... without any more waiting around... here she is! "cookie" (what a perfect name eh?) her eyes are a dark red... not a bright red... and i looooove her little patch!

nope. no snake will EVER eat her! she'll be kept in a loving, warm home till the day she dies... fed and loved and handled and pampered... she in her 'home' now with a chocolate macroon! VERY spoiled!!!

i know jo... i couldn't believe her when i saw her... she's soooooo adorable!!!!

How sweet! I think the name fits her very well. Now there's a Cookie you can't eat! :giggle: (I am such a dork!)

oh then you should meet all our ratties. we only have one who's being a turd right now... and after she has her pups... if she's still a turd then she'll go to the petstore... but the rest of our girls are angels!!! and our little boy... well he's an absolute doll! :D

i don't no what it is but i can't take mice and rats, don't what in my house(unless in the snakes tank) they creep me out. i don't even touch them when i fees my snakes, straight from the box they come in to the tank. i dont know how people can have them for pets...eeeeewwwww..lol

I feel the same way about scorpions and a lot of other arachnids and bugs. And most people in the world feel that way about our snakes. :P I think it's all in where you choose to put your heart. ;)

Aleesha...that is a terrific looking rat! She looks huge in those pictures! What a cute little cookie!!

i agree its all what animals you choose. but for this 6foot3 260lb 31 year old dude, im like the elephant in the cartoons when a mouse is near...lol

she is a pretty big rat but not nearly as chubby as my ratties... sooooo i'll be working on fattening her up with some goooooooood food ;)

That's okay Joe, I'm morbidly afraid of a freakin house spider LOL. Odd too but I'm very uncomfortable around mice. If one gets loose I'm all about "MIKE CATCH THAT HORRIBLE THING!!!!" and screeching like a banshee. Rats...totally different story....I love the silly things. They don't scamper about like mice and rarely bite and most of all...they don't STINK!
