ethnicities

just curious, what are your guy's ethnicities and family origins? it's interesting to meet people from different cultures(didnt start this to cause trouble).

i guess i'll start:

im 100% Mexicano!!

both parents born and raised in mexico.

I'm Canadian by birth. My maternal line would be mostly scots and english. My paternal side as far as I was told (I was adopted by my birth mother's parents) is Ukranian.

I am French and Scott and can trace my family back to the current and past Duke of Argile in Scotland

Both Grand parents came over on a boat from Ireland. I enjoy all the different ethnicities and their cultures.

Welsh & Blackfoot from my fathers side, Scott & Irish from my mothers side...so....Heinz 57 here.

my mothers side is polish, dads side well there mutts, little of everything.

I'm also Heintz 57. But my mother's family has been in America since 1729. Some say there is some American Indian (Chicoteague [sp.]) in my family tree. They settled in the Del-Mar-Va penninsula at the town of Princess Anne (a bit south of Salisbury,MD). My father's family was Scotts-Irish, and came to the US just before the civil war 1840s. They settled in Michigan. I was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

i'm proud of it...i love me some good hot spicy cajun food!!

Mostly Eastern European (Czech/Slovak) with a bit of Brit thrown in.

My grandparent's left Cuba in 1967 fleeing communism. I was born here in Miami and my Wife was born in Conneticut , She was born up north cause her grandparent's decided on living up their before living in Miami. That's or summary of a long story.

1/2 Ukrainian, 1/4 Italian, 1/4 Heinz (of the 57 variety).

My dad's grandparents came from Germany (Upper Silesia (Prussia), to be precise), and my mother's parents came from Sicily.

Mostly Irish here, with some Scottish, British, and German.....typical Anglo-Saxon-European blend. My Daddy used to tell me that we had just enough American Indian blood in us to fill our little toe. :giggle:

On my mother's side, I'm North American Indian (Ojibwa) - born in Canada. My mother's people settled in Ontario after having been moved off their ancestral lands in Michigan. My father was of Scottish decent.

I am 1/2 Puerto Rican, 1/4 Italian,1/8 German, 1/16 Dutch, 1/16 Irish.

and my wife is Peruvian/Italian/French/German, our poor kids go on for 10 minutes explaining their heritage!!

Born in New Zealand, my mum from NZ and my dad from Ireland. some French and Scottish in my dads side and some Maori somewhere on my mums side. and i am now living in Ireland.

All my grandparents' roots are from Spain. But both my father and mother grew up in a small country called Uruguay, next to Argentina. If you're a Simpsons fan you might have heard Homer laughing about what it could sound like.

No one can ever believe I'm spanish when I let them know. They always pin me for italian. Must be the olive skin.

I am Italian on my mom's side (great-grandma came over on the boat.) and Irish/German on my grandfather's side.Dad's side, German mostly, with a dash of Native American. My g.grandfather on my dad's side, fought in the Cavalry in the Civil War!

Heinz 57 of Britain Isles/Norman Coast on both sides...mostly English, dash of French, etc. (Irish/Scottish/Welsh) to keep it spicy...

I dont know exactly where in the US my parents where born but I am african,american,german,italian, and polish. I like me some spicy food also!
