Here is my wife holding our baby Ball - Only the second time she has ever held a snake. She still had the willies, but I am proud of her :D .

(I don't think I have posted this here - if so, my apologies. I am on 3 or 4 herp forums  ).

Hehe....that's great! My husband still won't touch mine....which just seems really strange to me, because he's not the "fearful" sort, nor is he the sort to get "willies" even if he doesn't particularly like something. I think his real reason for not wanting to touch or hold my snakes is because he's afraid he'll fall for them as hard as I have.... One of these days..... :P

Way to go, Knox. I admire your wife for being courageous like that. My husband would rather walk on hot coals than touch my BP, Simon.

    Hi,

At least the snake looks relaxed and happy - though if I had to guess it's thoughts based on the cheeky look of it I'd vote for " I am SOOOO going to p on her in a minute"

Your responses are too funny! She definitely wasn't comfortable, but she did it anyway.

I like "Looks like she's thinking about eating it"...

Welcome to BNet! Hey at least your wife is trying to get comfy with your snake and given time, I bet she'll fall in love with it. BP's, especially the babies, are just too hard to resist!
