Almost

Well yesterday I told a guy that I would purchase one of his CB yellow anacondas. He told me he was looking forward to sell to me but now he didnt answer. I know he will call back though. Im just being very unpatient. Im really excited to get him. I have his cage all set up and now I just need to wait. I will post some pictures of him as soon as I get him.

Yay, well I just ordered him and I should be expecting him to arrive on the 29th. So I will be posting alot of pictures of him as soon as her arrives. Ill also include shipping photos. I have read on the BOI many times about snakes not being inside. So from the time of him geting to my door to the time ofhim being let out into his new home.

Yup, I even got my leather gloves. I'v read that ill need them for a while but possibly not when hes an adult. Im looking forward to all of the experiences that will come along with keeping this fantastic snake.

What were your annies temperments like as babies?

Well, my female I got as a yearling. She always has been a nipper. She's only 2 now though so I'll still give her a chance. lol

My male I got very young. He's a bit calmer than the female, but he still nips on occasion.

My big 6-7' male is similar in temperament to the baby male.. nips sometimes, but not a lot. Always the little sideways nips.

Trust me, they are always 300x more beautiful in person as in pictures, so hopefully that can get you more excited :carrot: Yeah, little yellows tend to nip, mine have all calmed down really well though. Even my w/c Axanthic adjusted perfectly after I took a few coils :8: Excited to see pics!:D

I should add that I don't handle my condas that much. They're not horrible though, I mean I can handle them easily with the gloves, they're not wildly flying at my face or anything. lol

Okay, I actually now have no clue when Ill be geting him. I was told tomarrow but he wont even get into his office tell 1 hour. I have ordered a snake aroune 2:30 befor and got it the next day but I dont see it with this guy.

Well that was fun. I finally got ahold of him and he told me that he doesnt have ANY yellow anacondas and he tryed to replace it with a green anaconda...... NO WAY. He is giving me a full refund as I type. I dont understand how befor I payed he insured he had them at his store and now hes telling me they are all gone. WOW

I can recommend a good conda breeder if you like.. he's a great guy to work with, I've gotten two snakes from him. He doesn't have any yellows right now but shoot him and e-mail and he can tell you if he's expecting any babies soon.

Thanks April. I just sent him an e:mail asking if hes expecting any. So hopfully he will be. I called Bill Gillingham from snakemuseum.com and hes all out of the males.

Okay, so im making another attemt at geting a male yellow anaconda. I just payed $175 shipped for the snake. It should arrive here on thursday morning. So once again, im really excited.
