    Here ya go..this is that 41qt rack I whipped up :D

    Close FF! It's melamine...like MDF with a coating. Easy to work with and is already prefinished. The champions choice :gj:

    Yes, use a low tox paint and white mildew resistant white caulk to finish the seams :)

    I'll see what I can capture. The heat tape is at the back of the rack though. I used a single sheet of 11" flexwatt heat tape cut at a 12" length, then wired all levels together.

    I use Sterilite tubs, they are 41qt and can be found at Target or Walmart. The Sterilite tubs feature rounded guides at the bottom for smoother sliding action. I hope this helps :D
