    I am hoping this one turns out to be a female since its a eating machine lol.The funny thing is its never once acted like it wants to bite or even try the "scare you" defense.It does give me a funny look though when i place him back in his tub lol.

    Thats a really nice childrens. Is it a pure childrens python? I've heard that a lot of them have a bit of spotted python mixed in.

    Yea its a true childrens python.A freind picked up 3(1 never ate,1 started eating then refused then died) of them for me from the breeder so i was asured they are not crosses.I also have a freind here that has some and i had him verify it also.

    Yea i think i might get a couple Reds for sure from ya.I think a freind and myself are the only ones with Childrens pythons in our area.Do yours ever strike at you? I have been told something is wrong with mine since she does not attempt to bite or anything lol.

    It's not uncommon for them to be docile. I have had a few that were docile from the beginning and are still docile. My adult red male has always been calm.


    The baby female normal in the pic I posted was calm. The baby male red in the pic was a demon.

    Sometimes you get a calm one from day one, other times you have to work with them.

    Heck yeah. I was looking forward to the day that one got sold. It was EVIL. Used to sit and hide to ambush me. That little one drew more blood than any of my other snakes have and it left a tooth on my finger once. That is a very unpleasent feeling.

    I'll make sure to send you one just like it from the next clutch.:D

    99% of the het albinos are EVIL for some reason.
