    Ups
Okay, I ordered a radient heat panel from pro-products on the 9th. So its now the 15...... so I have no reason to complain about timing. But I think im able to complain when I get home at 11 a.m. and see that the package was delievered to the wrong address! I called them as soon as I saw that on the tracking page. They said some one would call within an hour. So after an hour I get a call from the offices here in Phoenix and they tell me that they will call the driver to see where he took it and that they'd call back right after. So I wait a while for them to call bacl.... about 1 hour and then they call back saying they are still trying to get ahold of the driver. I dont understand how it takes so long for them to get ahold of a driver. Then about 30 minutes ago, they called saying that they are waiting to get the automatic update which should come in around 6pm or 7 pm. I dont understand why its taking so long for them to contact the driver and get the specifics and why they are now just waiting tel 6 to 7 to get that automatic update.

Now again, im not mad about the timing at all. It could show up in 3 days and I would be fine. But I am a little mad about them taking it to the wrong address.

Thanks for letting me tell my stupid story.

You know, I've never had problems with UPS. Now FedEx... FedEx irks me quite often. Everything I've gotten through FedEx has been either bearly on time or late, and this includes snakes.

I do hope you manage to get this cleared up. Good luck.

No, I guess they just recently changed the system. I called pro-products and they have the paper from when they sent it and it has my address. So its an obviouse shipping error.

I have never had a problem with fed-ex. This is my first time ever having any trouble with shipping.

UPS has failed us a few times.. we have a very long driveway, but it is nothing that any vehicle can't handle unless there's snow.. well, we had a driver that would refuse to come down there, even while we are home.. we have just started having out retired neighbor get our packages for us, as they are always home.

Its sad that they do this. At least in your case they know where you live. I was told by pro-products that if the package is not found, the driver has to pay, is this true?

I just called them since they have not contacted me since yesterday afternoon. They are puting in a 2nd request... what ever that means. Does it really take this long to contact the driver? Now that they're waiting so long, he probably wont know what the heck they are talking about.

I bet one of two things has happened here, 1. the moron UPS driver jacked your package.2. your UPS moron drivers buddy jacked your package. If i was you i would call them back and tell them you want your package NOW! It only takes maybe 10 minutes for them to get in contact with the driver not days:mad: .Have you notified the company you purchased this stuff from? If not i would,If you have what have they said about this problem? Can you tell i do not like UPS:P

Joe, I have defently been buging the hell out of them. I called almost every 2 hours to see where it was. their response, we do not know at this time. I know im probably doing them a favor when I do this but I have hung up on them a few time just for being suck idiots. The sad thing is that they delieverd it to a commercial structure that is about 20 miles from me in another city.

Have you contacted the people who sent this package to you? If you have to call UPS again ask to speak to to someone to make a claim for your lost package. It never reached YOUR home they lost it plain and simple. The longer you wait the time frame to make a claim will be over, thats why they are stalling:mad: .Now just incase someone wonders how i know all of this.I had something shipped to me thru UPS half arrived damaged the remaining stuff is still MIA! If the least the place who shipped it to you(actually attempted) needs to either refund you your money or ship replacements.

Im also wondering if this would be easyer for me to go to their store and then they will maybe do somthing. Damn morons.

Well then you need to contact the place that sent the package to you and request a refund and then let them fight with the UPS morons.Since they refused to let you speak to a superviser then you will never get this straightned out.Add another reason not to deal with UPS.

The only problem with speaking to the sender is that they are really nice and i do not believe that any of this is your fault. I sent them an e;mail to let them know whats going on. I personally will request a refund from UPS.

if you know it's been delivered 20 miles away... why not drive over and grab your package?

seems like the simplest solution to me.
