Logo Help

how did you figure out your logo? My 'company' will be called Vail Reptiles, Im thinking of a VR type thing. Could anyone lead me in some directions? Or and Idea?

i photoshopped an idea if youd like to see it. It only took a few minutes.

go to a book store, or Amazon.com, and buy "the big book of logos"...there's probably 5 volumes, but they are excellent sources of inspiration.

just don't make it look like this,:D

when i created the logo for my magazine i did a search to find a path with some birch trees. once i found the image i contacted the photographer to get permission to use his image. then i tried different fonts to find what i felt looked best and VOILA i had a logo!

Something I just made. Not the best in the world, I know... :P

I don't have much advice.. just keep it fairly simple (nothing too flashy), and as long as it looks nice and goes with what you're looking for in your "look," I wouldn't worry over it too much. ;)

MY logo ... yeah, I noticed ... I don't get the whole "my logo, Jamie, Cue" thing though??

Was it supposed to somehow be funny? Am I missing something that was discussed on the secret forum or something?

Not sure if I should take offense or not ... I'm thinking about it.

No, just that Justin really looks up to you, Jamie, and Que. Nothing offensive was intended whatsoever, with no "hidden" meanings. I originally thought I should send the pic to you and ask permission before posting, and didn't do it. I'll edit the posting and remove the pic and leave the decision to you.

It was a logo of the 8ball snake wrapped around a glass ball instead of an 8ball, and "WWW.GLASSQUEBALLPYTHONS.COM" below it.
