How they grow! (dialup warning)

Here's Monty as we first got him, aged a few months. He looks so tiny now!:

Now just over a year later, aged about 18 months - not been weighed for a while but he is probably over a kg now. In shed:

That`s amazing, congrats. Was he started on small/medium rats and I suppose he must be on jumbos now.

I think the snake is the same size!!!! Kurgan just got ALOT smaller!!!!:eek:

Kurgan is behind the camera, that's my better half.


He was on rat fuzzies when I got him he is on small rats now.
I think a jumbo is probably way too much for him, or most BPs really.

Most people never feed anything bigger than a small to small/medium rat to even the biggest female BP's. None of ours would ever be offered a jumbo.

I`m thinking what if the girth is enough to accomodate a jumbo?
I think the record of the largest BP is 6.5" if I remember correctly, but thats the lenght. Is there a record of the biggest BP? Just curious.
