My lovely Hayden was part of my herpatologist costume. We got kicked out of the party.

Nope I wouldn't consider our snakes as a costume accessory or put them through that unnecessary stress. :)

Well, Hayden wasn't as much as an accessory as it may have seemed from my other post.
See, my family does this thing at Halloween where everyone dresses up and we eat dinner in our costumes.. Having a snake at the dinner table wouldn't exactly be that safe with all those forks around..
So, we ate dinner closer to his tank than we normally do. He also had a mouse. Yay dinner!

What about dressing up your cat? Isn't that how Cueball got so famous for his Jimmy avatar? :)
I wouldn't dress my snakes up; too stressful. But anything mammilian deserves to be dressed in the goofiest costume avilable. :)

I was in my local Petco today (one of the rare GOOD Petcos!) and noticed they were having a costume contest tomorrow. It got me thinking (not seriously though) about dressing one of my snakes for the contest. Of course, the first costume that came to mind was a RAT! It would actually work out pretty well with the bare tail. Of course convincing a snake to wear ANY costume would be challenging.
And then of course, since anything mammilian deserves it, a rat dressed as a snake might be interesting.

I was thinking of dressing the snake..not using it as an part of my own costume!
I was looking at the poor dogs and cats and was just curious if ppl did it to there snakes! lol

lol my mom started to give me the idea of dressing up my snakes since she was thinking of dressing up the dog.i was thinking something like a dragon or godzilla but that'd be challengin.my mom can most likely make costumes on her sewing machine for my snakes or dogs.the local petco is also having a halloween costume.i dont even think costumes for snakes exist on the market.
