Hey, man - only reason I brought it up!

For the unititiated once you click on the I AGREE link the chat window will open. You do need to have Flash working in your browser for it to work.

One note of warning - since upgrading to the latest version we have not been able to do much in the way of load testing - so be patient if it seems less than ideally optimized. Once we get through this I can go back through and try to make the necessary tweaks.

Blast. I missed it again! Oh well, considering my computer freaked out yesterday and we just got it working around 7 pm today, I guess it's not too bad.

Unfournately, it takes me about an hour and 40 minutes to drive to my tech support person.
