Check out my wife's rack!!

LOL....sorry for the title...I couldn't resist! After 4 hours of working (and some swearing) this evening, I got my wife's new snake rack built!! :) We started moving our BPs to tubs, so it was time. We tried our largest female in a sterilite (I forget the number) that is roughly 3 feet long and 6 inches high....but she is just too big! So we decided to go with the Sterilite 1996 tubs, which at 44 inches long should be just right. Anyway...as promised...here's my wife's rack..... ;)

Here is the front.....room for 5 sterilite 1996 tubs and a storage shelf at the bottom (and before you get worried...the tub on top isn't a horribly over-humid snake...it's my wife's substrate drying out.....)

And here is the right side. I left a 12 inch opening on this side...as this side will have the flexwatt wired on each shelf. (I am hoping to pick up some flexwatt at the Tampa show this weekend...but if not I will order it when we get back)

I just finished it...so we haven't had time to dress it up or paint it yet...but I am sure Aud will make it look pretty. I think it should work out nicely!! Now I'm excited to get all our babies into tubs and up on the rack!!

Cotton also has a "wife-beater" that reads "Rub My Belly For Good Luck" and it has a picture of Budda. Then he has a winter knit sweater I make him wear, he's usually always in his little "wife-beater" but its been in the 90'2 aorund here so its tooo hot, plus I left him home one time with it on, and when I came back he had one leg through the neck hole! :eek:

I checked out this thread due to its mention in another thread. I'll have to admit that you do own a nice rack and seeing pictures of Cotton I am sure he would fit nicely between your rack. :O :)

That's a good one....I'm telling ya...I would wear these shirts....would get more weird looks about wearing the balls one though I'm sure.

I use to advertize my friends dirtbike company, and got suspended from school for it! My shirt said the company name "Got Monkeybutt?" on the front, and the company info on the back.

Those shirt ideas do sound pretty funny!

Wow! We are brand new here and were amazed to find someone who is also into both Snakes and Greyhounds! We have a Baby Ball named Sampson and a greyhound named Romeo. Lily is a beauty!
