    I just want to write that since I've brought a few things at different times from Rich at reptilebasics.com that I am VERY happy with his customer service! He is super fast with getting back to emails and when he receives payment - your stuff goes out the NEXT day, if not later that day! The LONGEST I've ever had to wait for something to get to my house was a whole 4 days! Most of it came 2 days later. He sends you tracking info for it also and all of that good ol' stuff! He gets an A+ in my buyers book!!!

    I ordered a rack from Rich last Friday - It shipped that day, and I had it here this past Tuesday "1 day earlier than expected" - Fast service - I would definately do business again :rockon:

    Rich is a great guy, and really practices great customer service! I wouldn't think to buy my heating/thermostat supplies from anywhere else!

    Thanks for all of the kind words here. I do not get to spend as much time on forums as some of my competitors do and intentionally avoid posting in threads like this most of the time, but I do get to look around now and then and like what I see :) . Racks/cages have kept me pretty much swamped and as a byproduct we are selling more thermostats and other supplies than I would have ever expected. I have also been fortunate enough to meet many of you at shows which is always a pleasure. So why is it I owned/operated a retail store for 10+ years?? Business has been better than ever and I appreciate all of your support. Thanks again.......

    I too have ordered from Rich and recommend him highly. Both on his product line AND his after purchase support. He responds to all my emails and never seems to be rushed or bothered. A++++++++++++++

    Never bought anything, but when I setup another rack up I'll think about reptilebasics. I really wanted to compliment him on the awesome male amarali boa he had for sale. Wish I would of seen it earlier.

    I agree ... great place to get heating supplies ...

    I had run into a small problem with an order ... it was around christmas time and of course I waited til the last minute to order ... order was delyaed a bit but Rich was patient with my exasperation. Even offered me a bit off my next order although the problem was the shipping company.

    Since I'm in the customer service "biz" I expect great customer service ... and anyone that can keep me happy deserves a good word.

    Just want to add to the good things about Rich. Besides us sharing the same wonderful name he was able to ship me my product the next day! He was even kind enough to provide tracking information, with FED EX, that actually works! If you know anything about my past experiences you'll know why I'm so happy over these simple things.     I had an urgent need for some heat tape/thermostats, after getting delays from several other sites, I called rich up and told him I needed this stuff asap, and he e-mailed me a tracking number within an hour or so, amazing service.

    I've got one of Rich's racks, built to withstand hurricanes, and holds temps to a T. Plus he has great customer service, and ships fast! Definitely would recommend his business to others.

    Once again... I did another smooth/easy transaction with Rich! I got some wired flexwatt for my soon to be made rack and he shipped it out this afternoon and it should be here on Tuesday. Once again.... this guy you can't go wrong with! A+++++++ customer service. I won't deal with anyone else when it comes to heating supplies.

    I bought my Helix from Rich and got to sit back and relax as soon as I pressed the buy button. I never had to call for any information, he sent tracking information the same day and I got my order a couple days later!

    I ordered some heat tape and thermostats (finally!) last Friday, it was shipped out Monday, and it's scheduled to arrive TOMORROW! I was so surprised, seeing that I'm on the west coast and he's on the east. I will never hesitate to buy from him if I ever need anything else.

    I called Rich about 5 times to ask him questions about Rancos, flexwatt and even his snakes for sale and he gave me a quick, honest answer every time. I just got my Ranco in today after ordering it Friday morning. MORE than happy to say Rich is an A++++++++++++++++++++ guy in the reptile business.

    Just like the rest nothing but good things to say. My Heat flex for a rack was delivered just today. Perfect on the specs and he even does the wiring for you. Great job and I will do business with him plenty more in the future.

    Funny you mentioned that link, I was also reading that thread the other night and was pretty impressed. I ordered the big digital scale and a Helix Thermostat and according to the Fed Ex track, I should have it on the 24th. Amazing! Now I just need to buy more snakes to justify buying a rack from him.
