TONIGHT: Terri Irwin on 20/20 Check your local listings!
They talk about Steve (obviously) and ask Terri if the video of him being killed will be released. She said "No. What would be the reason to?"

Have you seen the magazines? Stupid stuff like "how he really was killed" .The person on 20/20 that asked her if the video would be released has no morals!!! If it was me being asked that question i would have knocked his block off .That is just plain rude!!!!!!!

I'm not sticking up for reporters or media/news specialists...but you have to consider their job before you go saying that individual has no morals. People in those positions are only asking the questions that millions of others across the globe are wondering...ITS THEIR JOB.

I know that them asking if the tape will be released is just a question 'cause it's out of curiousity. However, I saw on some tablods like SUN and National Enquirer with photos of "His shocking last moments" and that to me is major BS.

20/20 Interview with Terrie Irwin Tonight
Hey folks, just thought I'd let you know that Barbara Walters is interviewing Terrie Irwin (is that how her first name is spelled by the way?) tonight on 20/20 at 10 pm EST.

Whoops - thanks to the mod that put these together - I didn't see Vomitore's thread already - that's what I get for trying to feed the fur babies, wash hands, start dinner and sneak on BP.net at the same time! LOL

Some people make their living off contract killing.... does that make it okay because IT'S THEIR JOB?

I want to see the interview. I do not like stupid reporters for asking stupid things.. even if its is just there job. They're told to ask stupid rude things. One reason why I do not like the news or newspapers they sometimes say things that are not 100% or things that would really upset people...:(

are you aware that you are talking about barbara walters? THE woman who brought women into the world of news. THE woman who made it possible for other women to follow in her footsteps (like oprah for example).

barbara walters is THE person to interview anyone who is big because she asks the questions and she shows great respect for others.

okay, i feel better now that i got that off my chest. it's on in 15 minutes and i'm watching because barbara is interviewing terri and i believe it'll be a great-respectful-informative interview.

*off to unwad my panties*

yep yep so far it's a great interview but i get the feeling she's going to cry a river and i'll have to end up changing the channel. I want to listen but I hate listening to people in pain. I feel so helpless.

It's nice to see a more personal side of the Irwin family. I like the interview but, yeah it's definitely a tear jerker.

I have got to go to the Austrailia Zoo. I love that you can get close to the animals, and holding Koala bears, how cool is that!

This interview and talking about steve in general makes me want to jump right into my career of conservation, i know i can't yet. I feel like it is my job to take over for steve (as many of you probably do) and i feel like i need to take my career into not so much of a research direction but that of education.

back to the interview though, it def makes me miss his enthusiasum.:(

I ve been to the zoo, amazing little zoo, he had huge visions for the zoo, and getting people close. He was there somewhere when i was there and i never got to see him. I did see Wes and little bob though, i regret that i never got to shake his hand.

barbara doesn't ask terri about the video of his death... she discusses it with his mate and says "you don't want others to see it" and he says, "no it's horrible, no one should have to see that"

    handled beautifully IMO.

what a gorgeous interview this is... a mere few minutes left.

The interview with Ray Martin was much better... He was worlds more respectful and understanding than Barbara Walters was to Terri. Walters seemed really insincere to me, and poor Terri deserves better... here's a link to the Ray Martin interview. The sound doesn't quite sinc up towards the end, but it's worth it. Have tissues ready. :tears:

i think the biggest difference for me is the depth in which terri shares in this interview. i think that, because ray is an oz, she feels more comfy with him. she probably never met barbara before and wasn't as comfy around her... also... she was really having a hard time keeping it together with barbara.

definitely a much better interview! :wuv:
