    BAD day
Well i have something to rant about so i hope everyone understands:( .Well today my daughter and myself went to a freinds pet store. While i was their i noticed he had two crested geckos in a tank.So i started talking to him and ended up bringing them home with us.I could not wait till we got home to share the news with the members here.Well that was all crushed when i opened the tote the pair was in one was dead:( .I tried to give it some air by blowing in its mouth.Well when i opened its mouth there was a small peice of wood bark in its throat area:( .I am sure it was the female that died,i talked to someone here and she explained how to tell the differance(the bulge size). This was a very sweet looking breeding pair:mad: .I will recommend my freind to stop using that bark crap,i am sure he will once i tell him about this loss. Thanks for letting me rant :(

I'm very sorry for your loss.

Are you sure it was alive when you bought it?

Well see thats the problem, he was closing when we took them out of the cage and placed them in the tote. Now that i think about it one was under the other in the cage.I thought maybe it was hiding:( .I never paid for them yet so i will see what we can come up with.We have a good standing freindship so i dont think he will question me on it.

I doubt we could find a 2yr old female at the price he paid for them.

She is 10 but understands these things:( .Normally when i look at lizards she will say Dad that thing is ugly.Well when she saw these cresties she was like Dad they are sweet:eek: .I am having another freind look at the other one to see if it was the male or the female that died for sure.Sad thing is i have to wait till Thursday to talk to my freind with the pet store where i got these from.He is gone all day tommorow :( .
