BPnet DOWNTIME Sun Sept 24

The hardware platform BPnet is currently being hosted on is being retired and a spankin new and more robust server taking its place. The move and accompanying downtime will take place between 12am and 9 am EST. We'll be keeping an eye peeled so we can get things opened back up the minute they are done.

The cost is being absorbed by our host - you guys needn't do a thing.


If we're hurting for fundage it will be easy enough to spot since you'll see me out on the corner workin' it.

My bed time is at 10 am but I guess I can watch south park and clean my office while you get the hardwear upgrades. I think i can live with out BP.net for that long *twitch...twitch*:crazy:

:( NOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:( what will i do i spend most of my time on this site any more its taken control of my life so to say. :P lol :P im an insomniac and i'm on the site from the time i finally force myself to sleep which is normally 5 am est till bout 12:30 afternoon and then from the time i wake up unless i have to do something till the time i feel like i need to go to sleep which in most cases dosent happen im on here looking for more info on caring for my bp and just to talk to people. my life is going to go back to be boring again. but YAY for new hardware:sweeet: :sweeet: new hardware is always good.

also new electronics i love the smell of new electronics makes my spidy senses tingle

The site itself isn't changing at all. The hosting company that we rent space from is changing out the server that BP.net resides on. (Think of it as you getting a new computer and having to move all your info off your old hard drive onto your new one....same info....new and better computer to run it off of.)

Well at 2:45am they decided to hold off on moving our server until the same time window Sunday. Bummer that - apparently they were upgrading a number of platforms and it took longer than expected.

As before we'll be closing the site about 15 mins prior to make sure we get a solid backup.

We're sorry they rescheduled and no happier about it than you!


Also as before we'll bring everything back ASAP!
