Yeah I dont know if were going on Saturday or Sunday....either way I cant wait :D And yes I love the piggy.

Anywho as I was saying, I dont know if we are going on Saturday or Sunday, I would like to go on Saturday but it all depends on if he can get off work for it. Sunday we would have a 99% chance of having to bring our toddler.
Which is no good because just yesterday we drove up to Tampa for the Aquarium and she was a nightmare on the way there and coming back, so I couldnt imagine her wanting to do that again AND go to the show.

So my sitter will most likely be able to watch her on Saturday, but I cant say if he will get off or not. *crosses fingers*

Anywho I'll let you know either way.

Are these 2 shows similer in anyway?

So I was wondering if I should go to both or pick one?
I am also intersted in buying a T3 and I didnt know if this was something that would be at either show?
Also does anyone know what the discount is? I know you can get items cheaper but I was wondering how much cheaper....just to try and figure out if its worth the 2 hours of gas, driving...and ebing in the car with my hubby. lol.

Heyo, I'm planning on attending. The Tampa show. I like to attend even if I haven't any intention of buying anything.
Anyone know if frozen feeders are available for a good price? I'm trying to find a place to buy some, that won't cost an arm and a leg for shipping. All the local places are high.
I do adore looking at the chemelions. My favorite thing to look at, well... next to womas.. and tortoises.. wait.. the morphs I don't have are... and the TREE PYTHONS!!

I always wear a Mythbusters tshirt when I attend reptile shows. I tend to be the only MB shirt wearer. Please stop me and say hi! I'd love to meet some members there!

damn I was going to wear my mythbuster shirt!!!!! :rolleye2: Just kidding....hmmm I will be weraing a black shirt, jeans and my black and white creepers most likely. Hubby will be wearing god knows what...I think its a shirt that says "Love Sucks" and then under that says something that might be to dirty to post here. Just look for that shirt lol.

I'm going to try to go. I think I'll be selling my snakes after all. :-/ Let me know if anyone's interested.

We need to get some better homes for our guys/gals. Our Ap T3 is coming in about 2 weeks :) But we still need to look at some stuff for the other 3 thats better then our tanks.

I don't have a booth or any pastels for sale.

I thought about going but decided not to , I will be checking out the show in orlando Oct 21.

I'll still be there on Sunday. Tuesday I recieve my arg black and white tegu from Varnyard!!!! Yeah bayyybee.

Well... as posted before, unfortunately my ball pythons must go. I have a rescue (NOT to be used for breeding due to a spinal deformation) that is free to a good home. I also have a perfectly healthy female... looking for $175 but price is negotiable... so long as she finds a good home. They're both normals eating f/t rats like champs. Last time I weighed them they were right around 600 grams each. Both from April '05 clutches. If anyone is interested I might be able to head out on Saturday or in the afternoon on Sunday.

Why are you getting rid of them? And could you explain what happend to the one's spine?

I promise you I'm interested, i just do not have the space.

Several reasons... First, I recently transferred departments at work and the hours are much more demanding than my previous position... more so than I had anticipated. In addition to this my commute has nearly doubled in travel time. Also, I've been traveling out of town quite a bit to visit my family on the weekends. That on top of keeping up with things around the house, and my bearded dragon and 2 chihuahua's... things have just been very hectic here lately.

As for the rescue... the snake belonged to an old friend of mine who moved out of the area and couldn't take her with her. The best way I can describe her spine is that it looks like a reptile version of scoliosis. Her spine is quite bumpy from the base of her tail for about 1/3 of her body. Despite this, she eats and gets along just fine... no problems there. Nothing happened to her as far as I know... not for as long as I had her anyway. It seemed to appear after about 5 months and has been that way ever since.
