They haven't even shipped it yet.

I asked for a custom heating configuration and that set back production time.:(

Oh man! I'd be really upset. Normally how long does it take a place to make and ship racks out?

Who knows. Some people have gotten them in 2 weeks others have waited 6 weeks.

They don't seem to have a set time but you need to expect at LEAST 2 weeks for them to make it.

Or if they don't have a better idea they could give you a small discount.

Based on the tubs in the pic, you ordered the same rack I did. I went with the standard belly heat cable, though. Mine took 2 1/2 weeks. It came on the exact day they estimated.

What custom heat did you order? I think next time I'll go with flexwatt. It seems to keep the temps more stable.

I went with the ten tub rack with customized flexwatt in the new rounded corner design. The rack holds either 10 32 qt or 20 15 qt tubs.
I do know they needed to special order the extra amount of flexwatt needed and I requested it to be wired and installed but it's taking a bit longer than I had hoped for.

    Re: What a depressing sight
I haven't seen the rounded corner one. Other than the temp fluctuation with the heat cable, I really like mine. I am using a Herpstat ND with it, and still get about a +/- 2 degree fluctuation. My homebuilt 10 tub Sterlite 1960 rack holds temps within 1/2 degree! I especially like the flexibility between the 15qt and 32qt tubs in the AP rack.

Hopefully, they'll get it to you soon! I think you'll like it!
