Awe, I love the expression on his face in the first pic; he looks like such a cutie! It's cool that he can be trusted running around and not take-off on you; my friend's would do that.

Yea, it doesn't even feel like fur... well it does, but it's SO light to the touch.. REALLY soft like a bunny x 10 !:giggle:

my gf wants a chinchilla. are they able to be trained or tamed to where you dont need to lock them up all day or keep em on a leash?

I don't think a leash would work... :confused: They're really... um, independant? And shaped oddly for a harness? It's all about trust. As far as not keeoing them up... bad. They chew on stuff. (anything)! You wouldn't want them to get a lamp chord etc... ALSO! They poo.. lil' turdies all over ! After he's been out I always haft to go behind him and pick up. Simular to an easter egg hunt... :P

But they are SO cool. From what I've read, to insure the tamest Chin possible they suggest getting a youngster. Then go from there! Hope that helped?! Let us know if you guys get a fuzzie!

SWEET!!! He's a QT!!! I saw a pix. of him on "lets get this started again" and posted one of Rob for you! LOL ! Bass that's awsome! My fav.! Rob played that for a while!! Currentlly "singing"....... :rolleyes: We went and saw TOOL last night, their Bass plr.... :eek: Does your LTC have recordings of their stuff?!?!?

He was in a few bands in the Buffalo area; but sadly he is too busy now to do much playing out, with work, etc. But we want to just get an acoustic soon, and maybe do some open mic nites (always fun!) We did a duet some years back of Niel Young's "Like a Hurricane" and got a standing ovation!
But I have musicians in the blood anyhow; my dad was in a Beatles cover band and later, a general classic rock band. I tried guitar myself and was so-so at it; my creative outlet is basically painting/drawing, and I hardly have even time for that! But I try.. I had a NICE Les Paul guitar but had to sell it years ago for a downpayment on a crappy pickup truck that we don't even have anymore :(

Wow, I fell your pain! lol Rob keeps sayin he'd like to do an acoustic thing... but for now I'm stuck in clubs every-other weekend...:rolleyes: Oh well! we just dumped the ol' truck! Boy, I've got stories!!! lol I tried guitar.... not good. TOO left handed.. thats my excuse! :P I'd love to see some of your work! I've done some stuff... Not as much as I'd like! Maybe if I could get OFF BPNET,......... nope I'll pass! :D
