Our new baby

A friend and I are slowly getting our feet wet in morphs, so we started out with this sweet boy. He's an '06 Graziani Pastel with some extreme blushing and wonderful flames. We bought him at the show in Austin this past weekend from Craig Howard(who also had Ackies... I could have melted from the cuteness). I hope he turns into a very nice boy who can give us some pretty babies next season as I have 2 almost-breedable girls. His tentative name is Rineth, after a bronze dragon in Anne McCaffrey's series.

Oh WOW Becky - he is just HOT! I tell you, there are some really nice pastels in the collections here - just goes to show what good taste BP.netters have!

Wow Becky very nice one! His blushing is wild and some of his flames are coming right up into the blushing and well just...wow...very nice pastel. Can't wait to see how he matures. Good addition to your breeding group hon. Congrats!

First of all congrats. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, thay boy has got some great blushing. Congrats again on your new morph. It only gets more addictive as you go along.

Can I just say that I love the fact that your snakes are named after the dragons of Pern? That is one sweet idea!

A big thank you to everyone who commented. It's good to know we did a good job picking him out. I hope he grows up to be a glowing, gorgeous boy who makes perdy babies.

Lynn, I just love that series and couldn't go too much longer without naming some of my snakes after those dragons. Their little faces look like dragons and it just seemed to fit.

Lol, yeah, I'm a huge fan, as well. Read them all at least once... and it's a great idea for snakey names!

P.S. Are you eventually going to have a Ramoth and a Mnementh? ;)

Of course Lynn! I *almost* had a Ramoth, but it just didn't fit her face or her personality. I need a big, hefty, golden girl for that and Amani already has her name :)

Yay, another Graziani on the forum! He's a nice lookin' guy there. I love the blushing; they are so awesome. I guess that makes our pastels possibly distant, third cousins maybe? :)

Oh Ramoth would be such a lovely name for his first stunning pastel daughter wouldn't it.

Jen,it seems everyone likes the pastels from the Grziani line ;) .Thats what line my boy is from also.Gongrats on your latest addition,now all you need is a spider:D .Warning though once you have one morph others will follow :gj: .
