Weird, But sooo cute i love my lil girl (i hope)

She was around my neck then ended up tangles in my hair...lol I though it was cute!

Is she about to shed? If so leave her alone! Don't stress her out more then her having to shed is already.

Yeah, when they go into shed mode, I leave mine alone too.. Up the humidity, no feeding, etc.
How's she feeding?

We have her on two fuzzies a week. I've pretty much left her alone because she is about to shed. As of this morning her eyes were still blue, So im gonna leave her alone until she's completely shed.

She does not eat 2 fuzzies a week. She eats 2 mice (hoppers) a week. My sister is confused!

Try giving them one mouse a week that is as wide around as the snake is.

Thats what we were doing but the pictures dont show how wide the snake really is so we thought we'd try two mice and she ate them both no problem....

Do be careful when they are up in your hair because a) they are really hard to get out, hehe and b) it's really easy for snakes to lose grip and slip out of slippery hair. =)

I was careful, She was only there long enough to take a pic then I took her out so she didnt get tangled...lol! I just thought it would be a cute pic!

Also be careful because if they see a ponytail moving they could strike at it. :) :D

I always keep my hair in a tight bun when i put her around my neck (Which was where she started) I try to be as careful as I can! So I was told that if the probes are sticking out and the tail was relatively long it was a male?

Once again, you can't tell the sex of the snake by anything but probing and popping properly.

I figured that but the person who told me used to breed and has a good knowledge of BP's so I thoght i'd ask!

Well it doesn't sound like he has a good knowledge of BPs. Maybe he was misinformed because he used to breed? (If he used to breed a long time ago)

Yeah, she probably was misinformed. Just get him probed while he's getting a checkup. (which would be a good idea.)

Alright I will do that, I'm gonna wait untill a couple days after he sheds (Wich will be anyday now) and then ill look for a vet who knows what he's doing that can probe him
