Just Clowning Around...

We recently had a very nice clutch of babies hatch so I took the opportunity to snap some photos! We have a fairly reduced patterned male Clown that we bred to a 100% Het. Female earlier this year. She gave us five eggs - four of which turned out to be Clowns!

We ended up with 2.2 awesome looking babies who seem to take after the dad in pattern and coloration. They all have really killer head patterns too. What more could you ask for?!

Anyways, I was just "clowning around" with the camera (and the snakes) and wanted to share the photos. I think a couple of them came out pretty nicely :-)

Nobody's produced an axantic clown yet, right?

Great example of how a quality ball python morph will produce quality offspring. Those are some of the nicest clowns out there IMHO. ;)

Thanks for the compliments everyone! We were happy to see these babies finally emerge from their eggs because we were hoping they would take after dad. I can't wait to see them after they shed!

I forgot to add...

Schlyne - There's no Axanthic Clown yet as far as we know of. Maybe some double hets. out there...? So far there have been Pastel Clowns, Albino Clowns, and Banana Clowns produced that I know of.

WOW the parents certainly done you proud , fantastic specimens ............Did I happen to mention I am running a campaign of importing fabulous specimens to Scotland ......so far Mr Bailey has not herad my plea and Adam seems to be too busy perhaps you would be so kind to enter into my project by donating one of them ...:colbert2:....pretty please :please:
