That's a shame if he's out, Don is a stand up guy, the corn I got from him is healthy as a horse!

I hear rubber boas are ultra sweet mellow tame little snakes. Hope you find the one for you!

Snazzy, i'm getting 1.2 (hopefully if any females are born) in about a month from now- i would definatly not mind getting another 1.1 from someone in md and will have to keep that in mind for folks that go there!

You are going through Don for them? I'm thinking of getting a little male rubber boa myself, it's one of the few I'm looking at right now I should be able to get before we move. They've really grown on me, and Don's a stand up guy. If he's still got some males, I may need to plead with Karen about a birthday boa... Especially now, I can't resist the little Khaki colored sweeties...

CHE! I'm so excited for you! They're supposed to be sweet little buggers; Irwin-btw- is an excellent name. Love the icon.

Thank you, icon making is therapy for me sometimes... And in a way, this little guy is too. Soon as a paycheck clears and a I have holes put in a tub, little Irwin will be on his way... :) I'll probably call him Stevo interchangably. There's gonna be a lot of scaley little Stevos and Irwins in the herp world and normally I really want to go in a more original direction but... Steve Irwin! You know? There ought to be lots of Stevos and Irwins.

Shnak: they are cute.. but lol you said rubbers... lolol.. sorry, i have to remind myself to say 'rubber boa' because of the general college guys that ask me about my snakes would snicker. "Yes, im getting in a few rubbers in a couple of weeks" "they're so tame and friendly" "i cant wait to play with those rubbers man!" .... oh boys. tsk. even my boyfriend was like *giggle* what are they called again?

Medusa: you make me sick- what program do you use? all i can do are graphics and such. is there some free software you should tell me about? and of course, there should definatly be some reptiles named irwin, steve, steve-o, and even for the cute little ones 'bindi or bindi sue' because that is the cutest name i swear. ..... now, speaking of naming animals after discovery planet/animal planet celebs: if i ever get some really 'hott' looking snake morphs i'll have to name some of them 'jeff' or 'corwin' because :lick: he's just a Hottie McHotthot. -mewl-
(btw- just remember to keep those rubber boas safe and clear of your dangerous copper heads)

I use Photoshop and Imageready. It's what they taught me to use in art school, and now I'm married to it, lol. I forget what version I have though, I think it's 7... But I know there's lots of shareware stuff out there you can animate with! I just don't know their names. Photoshop has been beaten into my brain! If I come up with any, I'll be sure to let you know!

And yes, Bindi Sue is the cutest name! You can have Corwin tho, he's not my type. ;) The herp world needs more Salma Hayeks imho, lol! :wuv:

lol! Yeah, we must be wary of them scary copperheads! :P

I just got our little Irwin's tub and water bowl, I'll likely be sending the payment for em Monday. :) Don said the boys are about 12 inches, all khaki tan colored and will turn dark green as they get older. I think that's extra fitting... all the vids I've seen of Steve his outfit starts out khaki... but a splashy croc wrassle later, it's all dark green. :happycry:
