Ohhh, yeah jelly bracelets... I still have a ton of those stuffed in a box from years ago, could not bring myself to get rid of them...
Feathered hair...yeah..must have the right hair type to pull it off..... I was one of those lucky ones able to do so! Somewhere I have a pic of me with the feathered hair...
