My first hatchling!!

Yesterday, my first crestie baby finally decided to make it's entrance into the great wide world... (take that Miss Christie!!) :P

I'm so excited and freaked...at least until the little one eats! In case anyone wanted a quick look, here is the cute little booger...

Actually Miss Smarty Party, Vaughn is quite right I DO have another one that should pip any time now (though it sure is dragging it's feet!!!). Then another clutch in two weeks and another clutch two weeks after that and then 2 more clutches after that!!! So HAH!

And as for beating you I WILL do it...I will find a way!


...uh...what was I talking about???? Darn hormones and toddlers underfoot confuse an old lady....**sigh**

Thanks everyone for the kind words!!! I can't wait to post some more pics in a few weeks (hopefully of more than just baby geckos!).

All joking aside Wendy, best wishes for the last bit of time till your new child arrives. The last days of a pregnancy are always the longest ones in my opinion. I went overdue with 3 of my 4 kids and got very tired of the "haven't you had that baby yet" question (dumb thing to ask someone who OBVIOUSLY hasn't given birth yet! grrrrrrrrr) I always wanted to reply "oh yah had the kid but I've just stuck a watermelon under my shirt because I love the look of maternity wear!" LOL

Can't wait for the news that your little one is here!

i'll have you know as wendy's friend and neighbor that she could catch just about anyone pregnant or not. she's a beast in a good way of course. though that was quite amusing to read
