Playing around with my Nikon and my macro lens...

Click on the picture to see it larger! My favorite part is that I can see my self upside down in his eye.

    Thanks for the kind feedback!

I use a Nikon D70 camera. I'm saving up for a new D200, but it's $1700 and I can get a pretty nice ball python morph for that, so... I'm kinda stuck in what I want to do.

    Great Photo-

I chase most of my snakes around with a D70 and a Sigma 105mm macro lense. I've had to give in and buy Sigma's lense-mounted flash-gun. I look like a Dork from CSI walking around with it, but it really really works.

I have several photos with myself and the room upside down in the eye reflections. I've also found stuck shed patches that I couldn't see with the naked eye.

    Cool photo...

I like how the area where his heat pits are is really light in color compared to the same area in the photo up top.

I used a Fuji Finepix 610. Yeah thanks I find taking pics very interesting and I am getting into it now.

This camera is good for an amateur like me at introductory level.
