Current weights on three of my girls

I did some cleaning and weighing today for the girls who are in quarantine.

Breth weighed in at 1305g. She is my rescue that came from a college student who didn't know very much. She is approximately 3 years old and around 3.5ft long. When I got her maybe 4 months ago, she weighed in at 900-something. And "who" says mousers don't gain weight, huh? LoL!

Orlith is a CH '06 hatchling and weighed in at 225g. She is a chunky monkey and is currently in shed. I bought her at Petco when they were having their sale.

Mininth is a CH '06 hatchling and weighed in at 140g. She is currently in shed too. I don't think she had as good of a start as Orlith did, but she is definitely making up for it with her eating. Slams that first mouse into the wall of her tub, and does the same to the second. Those small adults don't have a chance!

Amani is currently around 1580-1600g(she's a CBB '04), but I didn't get to weigh her today. Arith(CBB '05) is around 650g now and growing strong. When I got her in March, she was barely 300g.

And Jo, I held Ruari for the first time today and he probably weighs a good 25lbs. He was sitting on my shoulder with his neck stretched out, looking at things that passed by(I was walking around getting him water, getting urates out, etc), and he also had his tail wrapped around my leg. I think he may be a BIG boy, LoL! I'll take some pictures of him in his tub when he's in light phase. He's such a sweetheart!

Back on topic - Becky, sounds like they are all doing great! I couldn't believe how big Rauri really was until I saw the picture of Mike holding him up from his tail. Wowzers! Shazaam!!!!!!! ;)

They all sound wonderful Becky and I'm glad to hear Ruari is doing so well. You know considering his size and reported age you might want to resex the big fella. We never had our vet do that as he was reported to be a male and I did probe him myself but probing that big snake wasn't particularily easy LOL. Might just be something to doublecheck on. Watch that neck stretch, that big bugger will open fridges and swipe stuff off shelves LOL. Glad you are enjoying him and he's enjoying his new home with you!
