    Just some new little babies...
    Hello everyone,

I'm new here and have enjoyed reading lots of posts here about people's sucess!

I had a really nice day of babies today. I hatched my first (and second) Bumblebee (that we produced ourselves) from a Bumblebee x Normal breeding. I also hatched out a few Pinstripes. I would say that overall these Pinstripes are some of the finest that I have produced. Definitely some holdback quality stuff!

Sean, those are beautiful! I especially like the Pins. Are you going to be bringing any to Daytona?

BTW, the het clown pair I got from you a month ago are doing great! I can't wait for the female to grow up so I can produce some clowns that look like yours.

    Take care

Geez, thanks a lot Sean! As if I wasn't already addicted, you had to go and feed it some more! ;)

Let me add Pinstripes as another morph I would like to work with one day. And look how plump they are right out of the egg!

Very nice job! Welcome to the forum by the way, we've seen some nice animals produced by you from several of our members here! :sweeet:

Okay bit of a question here please. I don't fully understand the Pinstripe. My research says it's a seperate co-dom in and of itself. Not a designer morph but to my admittedly untrained eyes those look like they are part genetic stripe, part spider. So is my research wrong or my eyes old or is it just not enough coffee yet today  LOL

LOL I know they've been done Brad what I meant to say (I need more coffee to type coherently today arrrgh) is that they appear to have elements in common with genetic stripes and/or spiders but I know they aren't a G-stripe x spider.

    Hello everyone...

Thanks for all the replies! I rarely post on forums anymore because of time constraints. I know a few of you from local as well as internet sales and I've heard for a while that this was a nice forum to attend. So here I am!

Alice : Thanks... and yes we will more than likely bring a little of everything to Daytona. We go to Daytona to have fun and talk a lot! If we happen to move something then I guess that's cool too.

mlededee : I actually made a female Lemon Blast Pinstripe last season and repeated the same breeding again this year. I'm still waiting for the female Lemon Pastel to ovulate. Here are a couple of pics from that clutch last year...

Thanks again to everyone else who replied. Those of you who were talking about the Genetic Stripe x Spider have probably seen Kara's post about the one they just hatched at N.E.R.D. which is awesome! I almost bred a Pinstripe to a Genetic Stripe this season but opted to breed Pewter x Genetic Stripe. Maybe next season...

Take care everyone and remember to always be on the lookout for the most amazing animals you can buy. Quality always last longer than the feeling of getting a good deal!!

    Take care...

Re: Just some new little babies...
Thanks again you guys... you sure know how to give a warm welcome!!

cueball : That is a Lemon Pastel. It is very rare to see a Pastel that actually fits the perfect description of a Lemon. The mother to that clutch was a Lemon Pastel produced by BHB from animals decendant of NERD's Lemon line. I was fortunate enough to hand pick 2 of these Pastel females from BHB some years ago. Unfortunately for me... the Lemon in that photo was a male and I sold him to a good customer of mine. I repeated the same exact breeding again this year and I'm awaiting ovulation still. All things considered that Lemon Pastel is one of the only snakes (not just Ball Pythons) that I've ever produced that I would consider to be a PERFECT animal. He was one of my most memorable hatchlings.

stangs13 : Yes you have to be a member of the ETHS which I was several years ago. I used to attend that show every year until 2 years ago. We were inundated with babies and business and were unable to break away. Now we can only attend the Daytona NRBE and the Chicago NARBC due to time constraints. We will also give the NEW NARBC Texas show a shot. I beleive it is sometime in February 2007.

Thanks again for all the kind words and welcomes!
