*What should I name my BP???*

everyone on this forum has names for their snakes except for me and i cant think of a name for it...any suggestions??

Mine has somewhat of a stupid name (I suck at names), "Necroslither".

Name yours Floyd or something (my future son name).

What I did with my G. rosea was watch it's actions and personality for a couple days, then came up with 'Placid' (synonym for calm). Try that. ;)

well, my snake is mixed, sometimes it'll just stay in my hand and not move and then other times its all hyper and crazy and is moving all over the place...

We read a lot, and name all of our pets after our favorite characters.
My suggestion for your snake is Lasher. I love that name.

cliff is pretty cool but idk if its a girl or boy so it would be wrong to name it a manly name if its actually a girl or vice versa

Ok so name it after a food like, Basil, peanut butter, cucumber, or pickle

welllll my snakes are named caramel and butterscotch... cute fluffy names i know but i wanted something that wasnt threatening.


i think its cool when people that speak different languages or come from different backgrounds name their snakes in their language... thats an idea if you have heritage you wish you represent...

...sorry i dont have any ideas right off the top of my head...

Wow! I had a male BP; my first one, that's what i named him. (not trying to hijack yer thread here lol.) Sadly he was the one who got out and froze in our basement, when I was a little less knowledgible on how they can escape anything ;)

still havent seen a name i really like...

Daniel does Norse gods/goddesses. I saw an E.T. shape in his pattern. His spots remind me of a lava lamp or M & Ms. :D


We like the Greek mythology, so we're starting to add to our collection by using the Greek names. Felix is named for the cat, because of his eyes. Oreo because she's black and white like the cookie :P :) CeCe because of her candy cane coloring. Freddie because we later found out she's actually "Fredericka".

Do U like a particular band, or author? How about movie characters?
