Outdoor pics round 2: female suri BCC

This is Ophelia.. and man is she a stinker! Second I take her off the branch and put her on the ground she gets this evil look in her eye, and what do you know.. she bites me when I try to pick her up! luckily through a glove, so not a big deal, but sheesh!

I don't know if you can tell, but she is crosseyed. Her right eye always looks in. She was like that when I bought her, dunno how it happened, but it gives her character!

Yeah she bit my shoe multiple times and got her teeth stuck on the sole.. when I finally grabbed her behind the neck she opened her mouth up REAL wide.. just to show off her pretty teeth. lol

Gotta love that! Is she normally that fiesty, or do you think it was because she was outside? I've noticed that the bigger the boa they less apt they are too bite. My little buggers (3-4 ft) will bite or strike, but the large ones (6ft +) won't even flinch. She looks large, which is why I'm asking...

Is it me? or do I ramble on and on about stupid things?

Well, she has tried to bite when she's inside too.. when I try to get her back in her cage. lol

She's not so bad normally, I think being outside made her a little jumpy.

I've heard that being outside changes their attitude a little, but I have never noticed it. My biggun girl loves being outside, but she doesn't get mean at all...guess I'm lucky. She WILL try to grab the door on the way back inside though. LOL. Funny stuff trying to "unhinge" her from the door frame while not hurting her...She is massive in strength.

She's got some old scars from who knows what. Her neck was like that when I bought her.

Got a measurement on her? She's really nice. Oh, and next time remember to make sure that your shoe doesn't smell like rat. :D

She's right around 7' and 20lbs right now. My second biggest snake at the moment.

what do you feed her and how often? Do you know how old she is? My female redtail just hit the 3' mark so I wonder how much longer it'll take for her to hit 7'.

I don't know her age. I feed her every other week, a large or jumbo rat.
