My little girl...Chakara (Dial-up Warning - 15 pics)

FINALLY got some photos. I've had Chakara (named by previous owner) for about 3 weeks. Her last owner divorced her husband and the snake belonged to him, but he left it behind when they split up. She was going to keep it, but didn't think she had time for it so she decided to sell it.

Anyways, the lady told me she is a female around 3.5 years old. This is my 1st ball python so I was very excited to get her. I was informed that all she will eat is gerbils, so right now I have a breeding pair and had 2 juvies which was given to me with the snake. She has ate the two juvies already. I'm going to try and see if she will eat a rat or mouse during the next feeding. She shed her skin the 1st week I had her. Like most ball pythons, she is very friendly.

Wow, she has some intense flames on her - she's lovely! Definitely try to get that girl switched over to mice or rats if you can! Congrats on a nice acquisition!

Wow...crazy flames and a gorgeous light head! And I agree with the others, that first shot of her head on the balls is awesome! BPOM material right there! (Just be sure to take the url out of the picture before submitting. ;) )
