:eek: Nipples on a snake?! No, the guy is definitely clueless. Only mammals have nipples. Although that is a pretty funny image: A bunch of neonates nursing on a Ball. :D

Must be nice. I spent those same five hours re-doing my rack in the snake room. In addition to sweating a couple gallons, I somehow managed to step on a brad from the back board and bled all over the place. :( It was worth it, though. Now it's Spaten time! :carouse:

I'm glad you get er done! ... I took the weekend off from the shop ... other than setting up the clutches that hatched over the weekend and hitting the "every day" stuff, I've stayed as far away as possible ... definitely needed the break. ;)

I actually had a moment over the weekend when the impact of how lucky I am to be where I'm at overwhelmed me. It's a really really good feeling.

I'm no one special ... anyone can do it ... it just takes a ton of very hard work and lots of supportive family and friends.

Oh yeah ... well when I was teaching my son how to pop snakes, try explaining to a 5 year old why boy snakes get to have "two" ... and why he can't have "two" ... I finally just told him when he gets older, the "one" that he has will get him in more than enough trouble. ;)

Well looking for a link to show said "two" I learned something...whoooohoooo!

One side is called a hemipenis....when referring to both of them they are called hemipenes (that bit I knew)...but what I never know was the girl snake's parts are called female hemipenial homologs (paired just like the male of course). I always wondered about that (yes I have a strange and very inquisitive mind LOL)

Don't feel bad ... He's better than a lot of the so-called "breeders" advertising snakes for sale on the classifieds ... he popped 2 clutches of 15 snakes this morning for me ... het pieds and hypos/het hypos ... perfect call on every single one! ... he's gonna be running the show by the time he's 7!!
