My WP's have hatched!!!!!! DU-Warning

They started hatching Sunday and now that they are all out I wanted to post some pics. I'm really excited because this is the first time that I've bred my WP's and everything turn out fantastic. I was very surprised and still excited to see that with 14 eggs I got 15 little carpets........

Thanks all, I'm still excited and can't wait to get a few meals in them and a few sheds. Hopefully I get some good contrast and color as they get bigger but either way I'm happy.

The twins made my day more than anything because I thought that was so cool........

I don't know I haven't sexed them yet, I was going to wait till after they shed and I do have the twins boxes marked so that they don't get mixed up plus they are kinda easy to tell from the others because they are just bit smaller than the others. As for keeping them I haven't decided yet, it may depend on what sex they are and how they look as they get older.....

Weird Question: Are the twins identical or did that egg have two separate yolks? If they are Identical or Fraternal Twins who cares right?Congratulations anyway and that is way cool!! :) :O

Actualy i don't think it's all that common but it does happen on occasion.

From my understanding of it twins happens when two fertalized embryos are shelled together......Technically not twins but then again all the snakes hatched in a clutch are fraternal twins, quadruplets, or sextuplets....etc

I might keep them but I haven't decided yet, some people believe that it might be some hereditary trait that causes it.... and alot of people don't I haven't seen or heard of any stats to support it.......
