So my sister calls me last night.....

Congratulations! That was very nice of your sister to think of you like that. :P Babies are a lot of fun... almost as much as baby Balls. ;)

The fun will really begin when I get to help care for an infant again! My kids are older, almost 15 and almost 14 years old, so I often miss caring for a little one. But the really cool thing is, I get to enjoy the child, then send him or her back home with my sister and dont have to lose sleep at night....cept for the late night ..."what do I do?" or "it wont stop crying" calls to me. Hehehe. :8:

Awwwwww....that's awesome, Jeanne!! And how fun for you to live close enough to enjoy it. I only get to see my neices and nephews about once a year or so....and they grow so darned fast!

Congrats! I absolutely LOVE being an aunt... the part about having all the fun and them sending them home with their parents, yeah, that's the best ;)

Course, I like being the crazy aunt that lets her get away with anything, including playing with snakes and lizards, and even letting her pick out her own snake when she gets old enough---though I'll keep it and Mom and Grandma will never know :D

Thats very awesome. I found out I was an uncle 3 years ago. I only get to see him about once a year though. Ill be seeing him in July!

Congrats!!!! I have two neices, Victoria (Tori) is 2 1/2 and Megan is 7 months. I adore them!!! I also got sent a video yesterday, Miss Megan crawled for the first time more than just one move forward.

Congrats to you and your sister!! :clap: Since the oven here is closed for business, I plan on living vicariously through my siblings and their children. It's wonderful. You can spoil and do all the fun stuff, and then send them home when they start the whining!! ;) It's the best of both worlds!!

That's too cool Jeanne! Hey if you ever get real sad about those long ago baby days I can lend you Mikey. He's not a baby anymore but hey he's only just turned 5. He's way fun if you don't mind the booger pickin, fascinated with bodily sounds, million questions a day thing LOL. Oh and we finally convinced him that since we moved to the big city he can't pee under the trees in the yard anymore....shall I send him over dear? :P Really it's no problem, mother away...I'll just pour a nice drink and hide in a bubble bath refusing to take your calls or answer the door for a day or two.

Oh though you might want to mention to Brian that Mikey still likes to holler out at WalMart...."That lady's got BOOBIES Daddy! They are BIG!" Mikey's father is used to it and generally avoids the glares and hasn't been slapped yet but forewarned is forearmed I always say.

When do we drop him off...heck we'll ship! LMAO
