I know a breeder around here who sells his stock through Tracy @ The Boa Store...

    http://www.boastore.com/html/about_randy_middleton.html

They don't have any albino males listed right now but he should be producing some over the summer for sure. He doesn't sell ALL of his stuff through Tracy, so you may want to shoot him an email.

That's a 2004 too. Good Deal there. Mike only has 2005's for sale. Don't wait for a 2006 when there are so many 2004 and 2005 albinos still for sale. You'll have to wait longer to breed him.

I know a few local MN boa people that have purchased from him, and the boas were incredible...plus he makes all of those wonderful cages/racks. Jeff is a good guy, but it seems at times that his customer service is lacking a bit...mainly because he only has himself and a few others for help.

I got an albino female from Mike Wilbanks from Constrictors Unlimited last year, he was excellent to deal with. :)

We went to their store a few months ago. Interesting, but not the best husbandry (super low humidity, a lot of snakes having shed issues, numerous cages held multiple snakes). They seem targeted towards the edutainment with reptiles; the selling of high quality bred animals did not seem the first priority.
