Has anyone dealt with these guys. I ordered some egg crate on Monday but haven't heard back from them. I tried calling them but no one answered.

I have ordered everything from shipping boxes to containers and heat packs with no problems at all ever.Check the status of your order in your account info on there site.

It says its still pending.

i order shipping supplies, deli cups, heat packs and egg crates from them and have never had any problems. perhaps they are out of stock at the moment? has your credit card or whatever you used to pay been charged?

Yes my credit card has been charged. All I heard was good things about them.

I just received an order for 100 deli-cups from them, everything went smooth!

Just wish I knew a restaurant supplier nearby to save on both the deli-cups and S&H!

I also had a good experience with them. I ordered deli cups and heat packs.. I'd do business with them again.

I've had excellent service from them. I've gotten insulated boxes, heat packs, insect cups...etc.

Got my egg crate today, I got an email back from them to today. I wish they had a little better customer service, but oh well.

I just received my 4th order from Superior Enterprises with 100% satisfaction :D
