Hello everyone,

I'm happy to announce that I'm now a proud mommy to an 05 normal male ball python, bred by Peter Kahl!!!!

I just want to say thanks to all of you who voted on the three pictures I posted. Also lots of thanks for all the advice you guys have given me (I'm sure I'll be asking questions as time goes on). And last but not least thank you to all of you, who threw out names!

(He got my thumb, so the gloves went on! I need to learn that he is NOT Jinx! You can't just pick him up, and do whatever with him right now since he is still a bit nippy because he's not use to being handled).

No more pics of him for another week. I think he is afraid to come out of his hide, though I did wake up this morning at 5am to see him sticking his heard out and looking around a bit. I smiled and rolled back over.

Aww - he's cute - great camera too!! Makes me want to go and cuddle mine but I just fed her :( Bet you can't wait till yours is settled in to be able to cuddle ;) That was the hardest part for me - just waiting for her to settle and have a good couple of feeds inside her ... but that's me - Patience was never my middle name :D
