Finally got a business name and logo :D

I know it'll be ages before I actually have any Balls to sell, but I thought I'd get a start on the name, logo, and website just in case someone else thinks of my generic business name before I have a chance to get it out there. :) I guess we all can't be blessed with a cool name like Mr. Glass. :cool:

It'll probably be a while before I actually get a functioning website up, but I'm almost done with the template. So if you do decide to stop by, you'll be greeted with a larger version of my avatar for your viewing pleasure.

And speaking of business, I'm growing by leaps and bounds! I just received two 50% het pied girls that should be ready to breed in 2009. Okay, maybe not leaps and bounds... more like baby steps. Still, I'm having fun. :P

Cool. And youre in Monterey which isn't too terribly far from me.

Yep, just down the road a stretch. :) For some reason it seem like California is behind the times when it comes to Balls, at least here in Central and Northern California. I'm doing my part to change that, though.

I like it!! I would hardly say that I have a cool name..hahaha...My 12th grade history teacher used to say "Glass! What the hell is your problem son? Are you from the halfassed tribe of the semi-holes?". It seemed funny back then.

LOL. That is pretty funny. Well, your last name is much more useable (and memorable) than mine: Stowbunenko. "Stowbunenko Snakes" just doesn't cut it for some reason. :(

The logo looks good Lawrence! Congrats on deciding on a business name too. It was difficult for us to decide on a name, with so many other reptile businesses popping up in recent years. Something that is professional and stands out, and I think you made a good choice. We ended up changing our name when we put in to become an LLC, as it was becoming official on actual documents that mattered. Congrats, and let us know when you get the site up and running. :D

Thanks guys! Evan, your site looks like it's coming along pretty well. You're right about new sites opening up all the time. Every time I go on KS I see another new one which is why I wanted to stake my name claim before someone else did. :sabduel:

Thanks, the site hasn't really been a priority for a while now, but it's getting there. You have the right idea getting a jump on your site etc. I wonder just how many of the newer reptile sites on KS are BP breeders? I'm a little late in replying, but I think it looks great. We fought with trying to come up with a name, as many people do, but we went with the obvious. I like the name, and the logo is very fitting.
