In the photos you can reall see her eyes turning blue. Now if I can only find her swimming cap and put a lil sunblock on her nose. :D

What is the deal? My BP has never, never, never "soaked". Her last 4 sheds have been PERFECT so maybe she just doesn't need it? Should I get a bigger water dish so she has the option?

Nah...if it ain't broke, why fix it? If your bp is having easy, perfect sheds, I wouldn't change a thing.

I have a few dippers, and a few that aren't. *shrug* They are all on the same thermostats, and I know the temps are correct.

The soakers also **LOVE** swimming in the bath tub, so i think it's an individual thing.

Neither of girls have gone skinny dippin' yet...Cleo accidentally forgets how big her butt is and occ. it dips into the water when she's slithering across her water bowl...but she always "EEP!"s and sucks her belly in to get it out of the water. It's too funny. =)

So last night I was laying in bed, and Halen's tank is next to my bed. I have her tank covered up, but I have a lil peep window I can look into, and she wont know I'm there. It was rather interesting seeing her put her whole body, including her head underwater, swim around in a circle, rubbing against herself and the walls of the waterbowl. She must have done this about, 10 times. She'd stay underwater head and all, for 10 seconds or just a lil more, then pop her head up, and flick her tongue, and do it again. I'll try to get pics, but since she's still grumpy I dont want to make her mad, or stressed.

Some times I can't get Ophelia out of the tub. She has way too much fun.
